Not too pleased with their service as of right now. Ran into some billing discrepancies showing that my average usage of water is around 2400 a month, then all of a sudden, the month that we were NOT at home for an entire week that month, our water usage jumped from 2400 to 10,000 gallons of water. I live in an upstairs apartment, with no access to our water supply from outside, yet was asked if I filled up a swimming pool. So as of right now, we are being told that we used it, so we're paying it. Nothing has been done on their end to attempt to locate the problem. At all.
They have always done exceptional in responding. We've never had many outages and it was never off for very long.
