Had a claim with one of there clients last year.They would not even return phone call.The client did not even turn in claim.When I did get them to pick up phone.They were no help at all.Had to turn in claim myself on the 800 number.WOULD NOT TAKE THERE INSURANCE FOR FREE!It took a week for me to do the work for them.Then another week to get paperwork.I deal with insurance people at one of my jobs for over 20 years.These people are in the top 5 worst.
