Bought a Jeep in July of 2017 with 40,000 miles on it. 2 months later the front end started rattling, looked under it and the K frame was completely rusted threw and broke. Got in contact with the salesman, he told me to bring the vehicle by the service department and have them look at it. I did and the manager said they would fix it no charge. Half a day later I had my car back fixed as they said at no charge. Was kinda unhappy but they made it right! So overall I’m satisfied!
The dealership was very clean and professional, something that had been lacking in several other dealerships i have been to in my quest for a car lot. The employees were genuinely friendly (Also rare in that field) and Cody Willoughby was awesome. I enjoyed working with him and would definitely refer anyone looking for a car to him specifically. As an aside their prices are actually affordable.
I had gotten in touch with Scott Stanfield earlier in the week and told him what type (SUV) with all wheel drive that I was looking to buy. I had no money down or a trade in. Scott took all the information over the phone and called be back less than a hour latter.. Good news, he said, come and get you a vehicle. I was able to go till Friday. I called Scott to let him know we were ther and he met us at the door.. A very like able kind man indeed.. He went straight to work showing us what he had in the way of a all wheel drive but I must say that we both liked the Ford Escape. It was no time that my husband and I was signing all the paper work and the vechile was our (and the bank), from the time we arrived to the time we left everyone was so helpful and considerate . Scott even showed us where everything was so that we wouldn't be lost trying to figure things out. Oh did I say it was raining but Scott didn't mind, he turned the defrosted, headlights and even adjusted my husbands sit for him, how many would do that. Not many.
Jacob was the person who helped us with our awesome car, they were very considerate, friendly and focused on my wife and I as customers and with the utmost care. I recommend Short-Redmond Ford to anyone searching for a this type buying experience
On May 5, 2017 I probably had one of my best car buying days of all time.
