Hours listed on website are wrong. Lobby closes at 5:30 unlike all other ORNL's.

I can't understand why I can't buy even $100.00 in $5's because I don't have an account there. It's not like I'm trying to cash a check which I would understand needing an account for. Doesn't seem like good customer service to me.
